Borders//Chicago Installations: In our media saturated culture, it becomes increasingly important to reach people when they least expect it. In this case, put oversized books in strategic parts of Chicago to help build a buzz about Border’s. Designed to capture media attention as well as imaginations --building awareness and traffic. In all there were 6 proposed installations including: Chicago Culture Center (Bull), Lincoln Park (seasonal), The Art Institute of Chicago (Michigan Avenue near Adams), The Chicago Spire (construction zone, near Lake Michigan), Millennium Park (Cloud Gate Sculpture) *affectionately known as the “bean”.

Captain D’s//New Brand Launch–Nashville: As part of the new re-branding of Captain D’s Seafood Kitchen, special site installations were proposed in Nashville (their headquarters as well as the largest market). Shown here is the “big catch”– an oversized prop fish from their new logo, which would be attached to a crane in a downtown construction zone. Based on the media spend, the idea became cost prohibitive. (would have loved to have seen how much unpaid media value it would have generated)
